Humares creates XPE Group to target highly qualified professionals

Vlissingen, 20 November 2008 – The Humares Group and Mark De Smedt are establishing XPE Group B.V. to focus on the recruitment, selection and secondment of highly qualified staff in the pharmaceutical and engineering industries. In addition, XPE Group is acquiring Belgian companies A.G. Johnsen and XPePharma Belgium, whose activities will be incorporated into the new company.

Humares acquires remaining stake in Impact Interim

Vlissingen, 5 September 2008 – Dutch staffing organization Humares Group, which held a 75% stake in Belgium’s Impact Interim since 2007, has purchased the remaining 25% stake in the company. The acquisition provides Humares with more opportunities to strengthen the position of Impact Interim in Belgium, which Humares aims to make its second home market.

Oceanwide and De Ruyter maritime institute to train Polish inland shipping workers

Vlissingen, 13 June 2008 – Employment intermediary for the maritime sector Oceanwide, training institute Maritiem Instituut De Ruyter and two Polish training schools are joining forces to prepare Polish students for jobs in the Dutch inland shipping sector. In May and June the first groups of students went aboard the training ship to gain practical experience on the waters of the Dutch province of Zealand.

New Maintec one of the largest (inter)national staffing brands in the technical sector

Humares appoints Aad van Endhoven as Director Columbus Group

Vlissingen, 4 January 2008 – The Humares Group, specialist in the recruitment and secondment of technical, logistic and maritime personnel has appointed Aad van Endhoven as Director of its subsidiary Columbus. Van Endhoven will manage the integration of Columbus with other operating companies that are focussing on recruitment and selection of international personnel.
