For technical jobs in the Netherlands these are the regional vocational training centers (ROC's), while students looking for jobs in the maritime sector can take courses at a maritime institute in The Netherlands, Ukraine, Russia or any of the other countries in which Oceanwide is active.
The Local-for-Local concept is in fact the traditional staffing service concept of a local branch placing local staff with local clients. This concept requires a thorough knowledge and understanding of the local labor market.
