Our three staffing service concepts are:
International Distance Matching
Humares has named the all-in HR solutions it provides when placing international staff ‘International Distance Matching'.
International Distance Matching comprises the complete range of services needed for the effective placement of international workers. These include:
- recruitment and selection abroad
- transportation to the country of destination
- accommodation/housing
- transportation to and from the place of employment
- planning
- assistance with acclimatizing

Apprenticeship concept
The Apprenticeship concept involves the Humares operating companies developing talent in various disciplines with combined on-the-job training programs. We recruit and select the ‘professionals of the future', place them with suitable clients and coach them towards earning their qualification.
The apprentices take courses at educational institutions that are specialized in their field of training. For technical jobs in the Netherlands these are the regional vocational training centers (ROC's), while students looking for jobs in the maritime sector can take courses at a maritime institute in The Netherlands, Ukraine, Russia or any of the other countries in which Oceanwide is active.
Local for Local
The Local-for-Local concept is in fact the traditional staffing service concept of a local branch placing local staff with local clients. This concept requires a thorough knowledge and understanding of the local labor market.
Humares has developed a strong position on the local markets for technical, logistics and industrial staff thanks to the extensive branch networks of Maintec, TiP personeelsdiensten, Impact Interim and TOP Interim.
