Impact Interim obtains nationwide coverage in Belgium by the acquisition of TOP Interim. Creation of NOVA Engineering. This new operating company is focused on the recruitment, selection, secondment and outsourcing of highly skilled professionals in the engineering industry. |

Humares takes stake in Belgian Impact Interim, making Belgium the organization's second home market. ABN AMRO takes a stake in Humares' share capital. The current group of shareholders now consists of ABN AMRO, the Humares management team and founder Wijnand van Gessel. |

International candidates are also recruited for mainland activities, using the knowledge and experience gained in the maritime sector. The Apprenticeship concept is introduced in the automotive industry to train skilled workers that are in demand.
