Traditional staffing, whereby local workers are placed in the local labor market, will always continue to meet a certain need. However, the local labor market in many countries cannot provide a structural solution for the existing shortage of talent. At the same time there are places where sufficient talent is available. As a result the war for talent is shifting more and more to the global labor market.
Labor market intermediaries will operate on this market based on a clear vision and good insights into developments. These are the starting points for the structural solutions they provide for the challenges in the labor market.
Humares wants promote itself as a multi-specialist in its areas of expertise in this tight and increasingly globalized labor market. We want to play a role in training new workers in these specialist fields and will continue to offer creative solutions to meet demand, both now and in the future. In doing so Humares will be able to provide employers with the talent they need, now and in the future, and help the next generation find a dream job.
An extensive international network of branches and recruitment offices is needed to be able to recruit workers. At the same time it requires a separate organization to help workers find a job and get acclimatized in a different country with its own language, culture and moral values. Humares has years of experience in this field and will expand this experience in the years to come with its International Distance Matching concept.
At the same time Humares aims to organize the influx of workers at the source. That means that Humares will seek cooperation with schools and various institutions to increase the influx via its Apprenticeship concept.
Finally Humares will continue to adopt its traditional Local-for-Local staffing concept where possible.
