Our clients are increasingly looking for highly qualified staff. For a long time we have been aware that local labor markets are no longer able to foresee in the demand for talent.

We are viewed more and more as a recruitment channel and that means we have to be able to anticipate the needs of our clients.

It all starts by training the students and cadets who will be tomorrow's high-flyers in our market. To do so we team up with maritime schools in the various countries in which we operate.
