Responsible for the day-to-day management of Humares

The Executive Committee of Humares consists of:

Patrick van der Ploeg, CEO

Patrick van der PloegPatrick van der Ploeg has been with Humares since December 2009, initially as Divisional Director of operations in the Netherlands and the recruitment offices in Poland and Germany. Van der Ploeg was appointed Chief Executive Officer in January 2011.

Van der Ploeg has a wealth of experience in the flexible labor market. From 1999 he held ultimate responsibility at USG People for all technical operating companies in the Netherlands, was managing director at Creyf's (and ASA Student) with its 130 branches in the Netherlands and at Technicum with its 25 Dutch branches. Prior to that he was employed as chief operating officer at United Technical Solutions. Van der Ploeg was self-employed in the retail sector prior to his career in the flexible staffing industry.

Kees Boot, CFO

Kees BootKees Boot joined the Executive Committee of Humares as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in January 2010.

Since 1981 Boot has fulfilled various financial positions at leading international companies including TNO, Baan, AllFinance BV, IBM Global Services and LogicaCMG BV. and USG People BV. He has been working in the flexible staffing industry since 1999, most recently as CFO of staffing organization Content.

Boot studied business economics and business accounting.

Eric Dantinne, EVP Belgium & Maritime division

Eric DantinneEric Dantinne joined the Executive Committee of Humares in September 2008, assuming responsibility for the Maritime division. In June 2009, he became responsible for the Belgium staffing activities as well.

At the start of his career Dantinne worked in commercial management positions in the banking industry (Gesbanque, Citibank Belgium). He subsequently gained extensive experience in the field of temporary placement and secondment from 2001, most recently as commercial director of Start People France where he managed 200 branches and a staff of 700.

Dantinne studied Commercial and Financial Sciences in Liège, Belgium.

Theo Nieboer, COO of the Maritime Division

Theo NieboerTheo Nieboer has been with Humares since September 2010, initially as Managing Director of Oceanwide in the Netherlands. Nieboer was named Operating Manager for the Maritime Division worldwide in October 2011.

Nieboer brings to Oceanwide his broad experience from within the maritime industry. After working as an officer onboard vessels, he fulfilled various management positions at the Dutch Department of Public Works, De Ruyter Maritime Institute and Vroon Ship Management.

Nieboer completed a senior vocational maritime study in Vlissingen and Rotterdam and a Masters study Public Management at the Tilburg University.
